Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Service are looking for a Senior Administration Manager to join their team. This department delivers a broad range of specialist addiction and mental health services within the Metro South catchment. These include community-based ambulatory and residential services, the care services in the community, psychiatric rehabilitation, consultation-liaison to hospital wards and emergency departments and addiction services. The role provides high level strategic and operational management of Logan Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services, including workforce, recruitment, and asset management.

About the Role

  • Provide advice on local human resources activities to Directors and Team Leaders of Logan Adult Mental Health.
  • Manage and coordinate the workflows and functions of the Logan Adult Mental Health reception, Logan Hospital administration team and the Logan leadership administrative functions.
  • Oversee and support the Team Leaders for MSAMHS, Logan in order to achieve effective and efficient administrative services across the service.
  • Provide high level business management analysis and advice, as a member of the Addiction and Mental Health Health Directorate, enabling the service line to deliver quality, cost effective services that are consistent with the strategic and operational directions of the MSAMHS.
