The Manager will lead the review and development of personalised transport policies and strategies that support government priorities, with a key focus on ensuring effective regulation of accessible services that provide choice and flexibility to meet the needs of customers with disability. This role involves responding to queries on policy, identifying opportunities to improve existing regulation and develop new policy and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
