You will continually update and maintain knowledge of specific applications and business technical requirements in the support of enterprise applications.

What you'll do 
•    Maintain enterprise applications in accordance with Queensland Health policies, standards and practices. 
•    Work autonomously to provide end to end support of enterprise applications to ensure defined service levels are met. 
•    Investigate, troubleshoot and test the impacts of changes to any of the components supporting enterprise applications to maintain defined service levels. 
•    Assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes. 

About you 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
•    Demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management. (SFIA: USUP Level 3, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 3, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 2) 
•    Experience in managing the day to day system administration of enterprise applications. (SFIA: ASUP Level 4) 
•    Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing) 
•    Demonstrated ability in meeting customer needs and expectations
