Remuneration up to $447,016 p.a.

We are looking for an exceptional Anaesthetics Consultant to join our Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine team within Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). 

SCHHS Salary includes:

• Base salary comprising of between
  • Staff Specialist L18 – L24 $100.77 - $117.05 p.h. 
  • Senior Staff Specialist L25 - L27 - $120.51 - $127.77 p.h.  
• Motor vehicle allowance (pro rata for Part-time)
  • Staff Specialist L18 – L24 $21,000 p.a.
  • Senior Staff Specialist L25 – L27 $25,500 p.a.
• Professional development allowance $21,500 p.a. (pro rata for Part-time)
• Attraction and Retention Allowance up to 50% of base salary

The role of the Staff Specialist / Senior Staff Specialist (Anaesthetics) is responsible for providing high quality Anaesthetic Surgical Management as well as advanced subspecialty services across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

The Staff Specialist / Senior Staff Specialist (Anaesthetics) provides leadership in clinical services of Anaesthetics that is innovative, encourages participation in treatment and care aimed at achieving demonstrable improvement in patient outcomes.
