About us:
The Travel Office is located at 92 Bolsover Street Rockhampton. The primary accountability of the Travel Office is to coordinate the travel and accommodation for patients and staff for the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).
About the role:
Support the management and coordination of the activities of the Travel Office in the most cost effective and efficient manner in accordance with Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service and Queensland Health Policies.
About you:
- Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in relation to administrative and approval procedures in a travel environment including cost effective travel arrangements for patients and staff in accordance with Queensland Health policies and guidelines.
- High level keyboard skills including speed and accuracy.
- Sound written and oral communication, negotiation and consultation skills, and the ability to liaise with a broad range of client groups.
- Well-developed ability to identify opportunities for improvement and a demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $6,510 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
