- Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
About You
The ideal applicant will lead our explicit teaching and learning improvement agenda.
This will include leading the implementation of the whole school reading and writing curriculum based on the Department of Education Reading agenda. The successful applicant will need to have a strong understanding of the use of school wide data to improve outcomes. A demonstrated understanding of Reading and Writing programs would be beneficial.
