What your day will look like….
You'll be at the heart of shaping healthcare transformation across the Darling Downs region. This role will see you work closely with the Executive Director Transformation, Analytics and Governance, providing strategic advice and leading multiple large-scale programs, including the New Toowoomba Hospital project. You'll guide the Commissioning and Transition team, overseeing clinical planning, change management, and operational readiness. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operational commissioning of the project, working closely with stakeholders to align our approach with state and federal goals. Additionally, you'll lead the Darling Downs Health master program, driving project management excellence and robust decision-making across the region's ambitious healthcare agenda. With your leadership, you will not only build a high-performing team but also strengthen partnerships with clinicians, government agencies, and the broader community. Your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of effective, sustainable healthcare for the future.
