About the Role
Hours of duty will be three half days (morning shifts from 8:00 am), scheduled between Monday and Thursday (days flexible), and a full day on Friday.
As the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist with front counter enquiries.
- Assist with student enquiries at the counter.
- Assist the Head of Department with School to Work administrative matters.
- Assist with organising the Sports Awards Night.
