About the Role:

Every day, you'll apply your clinical knowledge and decision-making to deliver targeted therapeutic interventions that address mild to moderate mental health needs of students at Pimpama State Secondary College.

Collaborating with key school staff and working directly with students and families, you'll support the mental health needs of students, ensure exceptional service standards, and contribute to innovative approaches in supporting the needs of young people in an education setting. Through mentorship, leadership, and community engagement, your role will profoundly impact the lives of families while advancing professional practices.

The wellbeing Workforce psychologists work within the school environment and with the school team, under the leadership and guidance of regional office based clinical supervisors, to maximise the optimum care for students.

The Wellbeing Workforce in the South East Region is a growing team dedicated and passionate about helping students from Prep to Year 12 with their mental health needs. We work with students to connect, engage and support them to maximise their education outcomes.
