About your role:
- Provide personal care to acutely unwell clients in their own homes.
- Patient observations.
- Maintain clinical supplies and equipment.
- Assist with personal hygiene and basic care needs to support patient comfort and wellbeing.
- Maintain the healthcare environment ensuring that it is safe and secure for patients and staff.
- Work with the Registered Nurse to asses, plan and evaluate care.
