As a Senior Advisor in the Targeted Road Safety Program (TRSP) you will support consistency of governance rules and parameters and work pro-actively with regional and Engineering &Technology (E&T) business areas to establish and maintain E&T's Delivery Programs to ensure consistency of the financial delivery of E&T's Delivery Programs.
The Senior Advisor (Targeted Road Safety Program) assists in the creation and review of governance documentation, guidelines, program plans, reports and other documents required to support and develop the TRSP and has working knowledge in financial and physical progress of projects and associated administrative matters.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Working in TMR financial and program management systems such as MS Excel, 3PCM (OPPM and Unifier), SAP and program governance management using the Managing Successful Projects (MSP) framework.
• Provide support and guidance in the overseeing of the successful development of TRSP's various sub-program processes, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented where required.
• Support the development, implementation, monitoring, management and review of operational plans to ensure best possible road safety investment performance, and identify issues, concerns or problems for immediate review and rectification to ensure the program is positioned to meet governmental, department, industry and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare Ministerial Briefing Notes, Submissions, Committee papers, monthly reports, briefings and other sensitive correspondence as required for the TRSP and E&T Delivery Programs.
