About your role:
- Provide care to acutely unwell clients in their own homes.
- Responsible for assessment and support of HITH patients health literacy and escalation of care as appropriate.
- Responsible for a specific client population while seeking a support and direction from a HITH Clinical (Intake) Nurses, HITH Doctors and other non-registered nursing personnel.
- delegation of care to assistants in nursing and healthcare workers
- Drivers licence is essential for this role.
