Assets and Infrastructure - Asset Management are looking for a Principal Asset Information Officer to join their team. The role makes an important contribution to meet the business's objective of building, operating and maintaining sustainable infrastructure to meet our community's health needs now and into the future. The Asset Management team is responsible for the development, implementation and operations of Metro South Health integrated Technical Information Systems (Asset Management Information Systems). These are critical to facilitating and optimising the long-term management of assets within the health service.

About the Role 

  • Provide expertise and leadership for the asset information management function.
  • Engage across the organisation and coordinate the development of a whole-of-organisation approach to asset information management.
  • Use asset information to support the MSHHS' asset custodians' management of assets.
  • Develop, deliver, maintain and evaluate strategies which support sound asset information management.
