The Manager, People and Safety reports to the Deputy Commissioner and leads a team in the delivery of all safety and wellbeing, strategic and operational workforce/HR functions across the QRIC.
The position provides high level advice and services, ensuring QRIC's workforce priorities and corporate governance requirements are delivered in a way which supports Queensland public sector legislative, industrial and policy provisions.
