The Financial Systems, Intelligence & Training Team is responsible for Data Analytics/Intelligence Reporting relating to finance including compliance monitoring activities, cost centre and financial systems analysis services. The team manages core finance systems, e.g., SAP and ExpenseMe Pro, improvements, compliance, systems management, and advice to the Finance HelpDesk. Integrated business improvements, automation are also key deliverables for this team.

You will be responsible for providing systems support to internal QPS teams/end users across all finance systems. This includes User Acceptance testing, user training and assisting users to address complex systems issues. Other responsibilities including coordinating security reviews across all systems to ensure the appropriate compliance is maintained.
Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Resolve Finance Systems issues to ensure consistent delivery of business systems for our clients.
- Coordinate SAP Security and the bi-annual reviews to achieve governance and meet audit requirements for the Division.
- Display a strong customer focus in the provision of Finance Systems, Intelligence and Training services through timely resolution or escalation of issues.
- Contribute content knowledge and advice for Training and User Acceptance Testing of our stakeholder and clients' financial systems.
- Consult with management regarding improvement strategies for Finance Systems and propose innovative solutions to improve user experience.
Role Requirements
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience
- Highly desirable: Systems support skills for (SAP ECC 6.0) or similar ERP, Expense Management Systems and Cash/Receipting systems. Strong experience in a helpdesk environment for large end user base providing 2nd level support.
