About the role
This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation by designing, implementing, and optimizing innovative digital solutions. As a key collaborator, you will work across cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and continuous innovation. A visionary mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences are critical for success.
In addition, the role requires expert knowledge and experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end solution architecture. You will influence decision-making, foster stakeholder engagement, and guide the delivery of new digital capabilities that support West Moreton Health's (WMH) strategic plan.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions and legislative and governance frameworks related to ICT solution architecture, with the capacity to successfully adopt and champion them in a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in developing, contributing to and reviewing architectural strategies, mandated principles (standards) and roadmaps that meet the strategic requirements of a complex organisation.
- Experience in driving digital innovation and transformation within a large or fast-paced organization, including the ability to implement, promote and ensure the use of appropriate ICT Solution Architecture management techniques, methodologies and tools, to ensure quality outcomes are delivered.
- Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and consultation skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with senior and multi-disciplinary staff at the organisational, state and national levels and other key stakeholders.
- A proven track record as an agent of change in challenging environments, fostering a confident and capable workforce and driving a culture of collaboration and participation.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
