This opportunity is suited to a motivated Occupational Therapists to join our Occupational Therapy team at Townsville University Hospital.
As a rotational Occupational Therapist, you will be delivering Occupational Therapy clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health.

About the opportunity:
Position: Occpational Therapist - Rotational
Vacancy: Permanent full-time
Location: Occupational Therapy, Townsville University Hospital
The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of caseloads including Medical, Surgical, Palliative Care, Oncology, Paediatrics, Rehabilitation, Community Rehabilitation and Pain Management Service delivering base level of Occupational Therapy clinical services within a specific work unit.
Occuptational Therapists work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The role is required to provide effective and efficient Occupational Therapy interventions for patients in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Occupational Therapy service within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS).
Role requirements
- The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy, and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
- Roster: This position is required to work on weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis through the Department's Weekend Service.

- Salary range: $79,051 to $116,189 p.a. (HP3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
