We are looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Business Partner with strong experience in managing complex employee relations issues and delivering successful HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using their expertise to coach and support employees, managers, and leaders, enhancing their HR capabilities and fostering growth.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
• Expertise in building strong relationships to influence positive outcomes in complex employee relations scenarios.
• Ability to think critically, identify solutions and provide frank and fearless advice to clients.
• Experience in leading or working collaboratively to successfully implement key HR initiatives.
• Negotiation, consulting and facilitation capabilities.
