It does so by addressing three key focus areas: provision of school-based consultation-liaison, enhancing capacity and fostering strategic partnerships. The program will be articulated in the Ed-LinQ model of service and underpinned by a state-wide evaluation and reporting framework

About the role

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement the Queensland Ed-LinQ initiative within West Moreton Health with the aim of establishing a comprehensive approach to enhance early detection and collaborative care for evidence-based identification, management and support of students with mental health problems and mental illness prevention. The role addresses three key focus areas: provision of school based consultation-liaison, enhancing capacity and fostering strategic partnerships.

HP4 - $4,912.70 - $5,286.40 per fortnight

NG6 - $4,138.10 - $4,431.10 per fortnight
