Senior Interface Officer
Garden City Office Park - Logan Rd, Eight Mile Plains
Assets & Infrastructure Division are looking for a Senior Interface Officer to join their team. This role will oversee collaboration among multiple project teams, Safety and Permit Officers, and Maintenance Services to drive optimal performance and manage key risks throughout the projects. You will coordinate the scope of work with project teams, identifying impacts and recommending solutions for system isolations. Additionally, you will manage site access and control measures across the hospital campus, leading regular meetings to plan and coordinate activities affecting various project streams.

About the Role
- Key liaison responsible for identification and engagement with project stakeholders effected by any project works involving system isolations to understand impacts and risks, taking reasonable measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the project.
- Use of innovative thinking to overcome challenges and recommend and implement solutions which minimise both disruption to stakeholders and to effective project delivery.
- Participate in the coordination of advice relating to the interface activities of projects across Metro South Health and provide timely and effective responses to the needs of clients ensuring that these outcomes comply with relevant Acts, Regulations, By-Laws, Australian Standards and Departmental policies.
- Provide holistic and ethical decision making in the achievement of the various projects operational and organisational goals.
