As the Principal Advisor, you will be part of a centre of expertise team within People and Culture that provides advice and consultancy services, in collaboration with Business Partners, on workforce planning, talent acquisition, capability development, change management, employee experience, organisational culture, and diversity and inclusion.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the delivery of the department's People Strategy including the associated plans, frameworks and projects.
- Delivering expert advice and undertaking research, analysis and evaluation to drive continuous improvement, promote best practice and identify innovative solutions.
- Taking a change management approach to project planning and delivery to achieve sustainable and measurable outcomes.
- Managing a diverse range of stakeholder relationships in a way that fosters trust, collaboration and service excellence.
- Leveraging workforce and engagement data to shape initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure services offerings and methodologies remain contemporary, relevant and responsive to emerging business requirements.
- Leading a cohesive and productive working environment that values respect, learning and inclusion.
Please note that due to the recent Machinery of Government change, this department is now the Department of Housing and Public Works.
