We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic hands-on Ranger with demonstrated experience in fire operations, incident response and protected area management to join our Regional Fire Team. This position will lead and supervise a small team of highly dynamic Regional Fire Team staff within South East Queensland Region.
Join our dedicated Ranger staff and make a meaningful impact by contributing to the long-term sustainability and conservation of the protected area natural and cultural values. In this role you will work with senior regional staff in delivering the annual planned burn program and respond to incidents across South East Queensland Region. As a Ranger, you will have the chance to work in a stunning and inspiring environment while actively participating in efforts to safeguard the beauty and heritage of this unique region with our First Nation partners.

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite.
· GIS skills would be highly regarded.
