QRIDA is seeking an individual with experience in providing the specific key roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master within the Agile software development methodology used for QRIDA's in-house-developed strategic software assets. Key responsibilities and duties undertaken by the role include:

• Determine, manage and review relevant business processes in consultation with the respective business owners, to ensure ongoing alignment with business drivers.
• Work collaboratively with the business analysts in the analysis of business requirements including assessing technical risk.
• Lead the development effort through standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and task administration.
• Engage with the RAPID Product Sub-Committee to provide feedback regarding development performance, provide advice and guidance for DevOps capabilities, limitations and risks, and to ensure business alignment.

As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, Minister for Manufacturing, and Minister for Regional and Rural Development.
