About the role

Permanent full time and part time opportunities to provide specialised Clinical Pharmacy services, professional leadership and operational management to the Specialist Pharmacy work unit and associated multidisciplinary team within Redcliffe Hospital and other facilities throughout Metro North Hospital and Health Service and to stakeholders and customers of Queensland Health in accordance with organisational goals.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide and be individually accountable for advanced complex clinical decision making through high level knowledge and interpretation of evidence based practice within a complex and critical specialty service.
• Provide authoritative counsel in matters relating to clinical pharmacy services, particularly medication safety and quality, to stakeholders both within and outside the discipline across the specialty work unit
• Lead change initiatives in medication management within a complex multi-speciality service through the collaborative development and implementation of clinical practices, policies and protocols to achieve identified outcomes.
