Health Information Manager

Digital Delivery are looking for a Health Information Manager to join their team. Metro South Health (MSH) is currently delivering a significant portfolio of capacity expansion projects that will see a substantial growth in hospital beds and services across the health service. To support this growth in capacity, MSH will expand its clinical systems. As MSH is a digital health service it is critical that all digital systems are appropriately configured, tested, and commissioned to support clinical services.

About the Role
- The Health Information Manager – CEP reports to the Manager, Digital Delivery, Digital Health & Informatics, MSH, and operationally to the Principal Project Manager - ieMR, MSH CEP, Digital Delivery, Digital Health & Informatics, MSH. The role is not required to supervise and manage staff.
- Manage and coordinate end to end system ward/ bed/ unit build processes in liaison with relevant stakeholders, including HBCIS changes, completion of Data Collection Workbooks (DCW), Service Now jobs, liaison with site HIMS, digital teams and downstream systems as required, and completion of system testing, following existing local naming protocols and change processes for each facility.
- Manage and coordinate digital system ward/bed/unit builds and changes, including builds relating to the MSH CEP, across all MSH facilities within designated timeframes.
