About the Role
- Utilise high-level knowledge of research administration and compliance processes, including research ethics review and site specific assessment, to coordinate and facilitate accurate and informed research education and training.
- Work proactively with the Metro South Research team to enhance researcher development through targeted education initiatives, by coordinating and integrating one-on-one support with broader training programs, ensuring a seamless and complementary approach to researcher development.
- Facilitate the sharing of insights and feedback from individual research development support sessions to inform and refine group education content, aligning with the needs and goals of researchers across MSH.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of research education, orientation, induction, foundation and excellence programs.
