About the Role
As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operate autonomously in delivering business services in a complex school environment, often requiring interpretation of information and adaptation of processes.
- Lead corporate services by implementing innovative improvements to systems, standards, and processes.
- Manage operational resources in alignment with school priorities, analyse data and policies to inform strategic decisions, and oversee risk and contingency planning.
- Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to align with the school's strategic vision.
- Build and maintain partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, and industry to support student learning outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders in school initiatives, incorporate feedback, and promote shared goals.
- Supervise and manage school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance.
