Forest Lake State High School is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team commencing 16 June 2025 until 30 January 2026, unless otherwise determined.

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership team including the overseeing of the enrolment service to the school.

The successful applicant will join a positive and enthusiastic support staff team, engage in school community and work hard to achieve outcomes the s for our students in this large metropolitan south secondary school.

About Forest Lake State High School

About the Role

The key responsibilities of the role include providing high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team, including but not limited to managing correspondence, coordinating calendars, preparing documents, organising meetings and meeting agendas, room bookings, supervise daily operations of the schools' enrolments and provide a full enrolment service to the school.

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Executive Leadership team, facilitating effective communication and contributing to the overall efficiency of the schools' administration.

About You

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role, strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational and communication skills. Professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and attention to detail are essential attributes.
