About the role
The Senior Staff/Staff Specialist will function as a member of the Virtual Emergency Care Services (VECS) team providing high quality health care to Queenslanders in acute need. To provide clinical leadership and governance and promote a positive culture of collaboration. To assist with the training of registrars and offer clinical support to other clinicians.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide an Emergency Medicine virtual consultative service to all patients and clinicians across Queensland.
- Deliver appropriate high-quality clinical interventions for patients and refer to other colleagues/services where clinically and professionally appropriate.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and take reasonable care to ensure that your acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of
- Perform any other duties directed by the relevant Clinical Director within your credentialled Scope of Clinical Practice and for which you are registered in by the Medical Board of
