As the Senior Learning and Knowledge Management Officer you will be focussed on enhancing Queensland Health's workforce management capability. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and evaluation of all learning and knowledge management content and artefacts (including eLearning and where required face to face training) for Queensland Health's workforce management, payroll and S/4HANA solutions.
What you'll do
You will:
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of knowledge management frameworks and associated business and system practices.
- Coordinate the design and development of course structures, content, training manuals and methods of presentation and evaluations for multiple project implementations within large state wide projects, using instructional design methods.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Experience in coordinating the design and development of knowledge management content and artefacts, processes and activities, including the ability to manage the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of knowledge resources.
- Demonstrated ability in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning management resources, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in blended training model environments.
- Ability to apply contemporary learning and development principles and practices and their application in an environment of significant change and complexity.
- Demonstrated high standard of written communication skills including ability to independently coordinate the development of high-quality work instructions, training and assessment materials, work support tools and other required documentation.
- Proven ability to proactively facilitate, consult and communicate with various levels within the organisation to support the delivery of targeted outcomes in a complex, changing project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team member and stakeholders
