- Salary range: $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
To provide a high level of confidential, secretarial /executive support to the defined specialty teams within the Women's & Children's Service Group (WCSG) – Paediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynaecology, Neonatal, and liaise as required with a range of clients from within and external to the organisation.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Highly regarded: The ability to provide high quality confidential secretarial support and medical typing to consultants and other members of the WCSG Executive and specialty teams.
- The ability to organise and collate agendas, arrange, and coordinate meetings, provide confidential and accurate minute recording and distribution as required.
- Highly desirable: The ability to provide administrative support for the Consultant On-Call Roster, including submission of documentation to Payroll.
- Highly regarded: The ability to participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend and or implement enhancements to existing practices relevant to the Service.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
