To coordinate and provide comprehensive, timely, effective high quality information, documents, human resource, financial and business services to the Office of the Senior Executive Director.

The Executive Support Officer's key responsibilities are:

• Manage the office and administrative functions associated with the Senior Executive Director and provide high quality, confidential business support.
• Maintain the Senior Executive Director's diary including organisation of meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, travel arrangements including
accommodation.
• Provide quality services to the Senior Executive Director in word processing, spreadsheet development, presentations and data input.
• Assist the Senior Executive Director and Principal Executive Officer, Office of the Senior Executive Director with project work, as required.
• Liaise with the Office of the Director-General, Office of the Deputy Director-General and with officers at all levels with both public and private sectors in relation to Division's activities.
• Assist callers, screen and redirect enquiries to appropriate areas.
• Examine, disseminate and monitor all incoming correspondence (including emails received by the Senior Executive Director) and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
