An exciting, temporary full-time opportunity has become available for the Principal of Bundamba State Secondary College, commencing Term 3 2025, until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined.

As the Principal of Bundamba State Secondary College, you will play a vital role in delivering the vision of the department.

The leadership role of Principal is critical to improving the educational outcomes of students in their schools. The Principal has a major influence on developing the quality of teaching and learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
