About the role
Permanent full time and part time opportunity to train, supervise and coordinate, in an effective and efficient manner, physiotherapy assistants within the physiotherapy Department of the Royal Brisbane & Royal Women's Hospital. To assist in the provision of patient care as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of a health professional.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Maintain and update operational systems and human resource forms.
- Develop and implement educational and training programs for the workforce, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to industry standards.
- Actively pursue professional development and learning opportunities in order to maintain individual standards and contribute to the enhancement of skills and knowledge of less experienced staff within the assistant workforce.
- Contribute as a member of a healthcare team, participating in team projects and activities.
