We are looking for someone to join our team that will:

• Consult and engage with key stakeholders including, subject matter experts and external providers to inform the design of innovative learning programs resulting in positive outcomes.
• Evaluation and measure effectiveness of workforce capability programs and identify possible solutions to current or future risks associated with L&D programs.
• Manage and maintain the multi-modal CAT L&D programs designed to develop capabilities, including applying project management principles to manage the roll out of workforce capability programs.
• Create effective L&D resources using a range of resources, including facilitators guides, Train-the-Trainer guides, PowerPoints, eLearning and self-paced courses using appropriate software that develop priority capabilities for a public facing operational workforce, in particular, domestic and family violence and traumainformed practice capability.
• Support the team to deliver the practical day to day development and implementation of workforce capability programs, which includes, a range of initiatives such as, onboarding programs, role specific learning programs (including systems training), cultural change and leadership development.

Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability

• Knowledge of instructional design principles and contemporary workforce L&D strategies to design, develop and implement workforce capability programs.
• Proficient skills in digital tools, including L&D software and applications, such as Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Articulate, Vyond, Snagit and learning management system administration.
• Establishes and maintains co-operative working relationships to promote and advocate for learning and development projects, including managing changing requirements in communication and engagement activity that supports the successful delivery of projects.
• Analyse available workforce data and best-practice research to provide well written evidence-based evaluations and recommendations to improve organisational learning.
• Engage and collaborate with external provides to deliver capability programs, including undertaking procurement processes and contract management to engage providers.
• Contributes to workplace equity, diversity, respect and inclusion that enriches our culture or respect and inclusion.
• Other duties as required to support workforce capability.
