Child & Youth Mental Health Service are looking for a Mental Health Clinician- Advanced Clinical to join their team. The Child and Youth Mental Health Services is the specialised child and youth mental health service within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. We provide a comprehensive response to the varying needs of infants, children and young people with mental health problems or mental disorders and their families/ carers in the Logan-Beaudesert and Bayside communities.

About the Role

• Deliver advanced clinical and consultancy services to Child & Youth Mental Health Service in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
• Demonstrating advanced clinical skills in the area of child and youth mental health
• Provide clinical advice and direction to a team of inter disciplinary mental health clinicians to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
• Advise senior management and other relevant stakeholders on child and youth mental health needs and initiatives with the aim to assist with the quality management and aligning service direction.
