About the role

The Digital Health Informatics Officer will provide support for the Clinical Information Systems across West Moreton Health (WMH) as part of the Digital Health team. 

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Proven knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of, relevant software applications including but not limited to ieMR, HBCIS and Service Now.
  • Ability and experience in the management and support of clinical information systems.
  • Proven problem solving and issue management skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills encompassing problem solving, the ability to liaise with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Health Services' management legislation relating to confidentiality and privacy.
  • Ability to work as an integral member of a team and autonomously to achieve goals.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problems using an innovative approach.
