Principal Resolution Officer

This position is based in Brisbane and flexible arrangements can be considered upon application, including working from home and working remotely at a Regional QBCC office subject to availability. If working from a regional office, travel to the Brisbane office base will be required regularly (frequency to be negotiated with successful candidate) to fulfil projectservice delivery and operational business needs and may involve attending the Brisbane office on a weekly basis.
All face-to-face training is delivered in the Brisbane office to ensure consistency and quality.
 
Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
  • Assist the Senior Lead, Resolution Services in managing the day-to-day operations of the team [please refer to the Position Description regarding this]. 
  • Manage complex and/or sensitive cases at the direction of the Senior Lead and Manager Resolution Services.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partnership approaches to achieving QBCC's aims.
  • Contribute to the ongoing review and development of QBCC's operation and performance.
  • Represent QBCC in promotional and educational activities and before the tribunal and courts.
