Your Contributions
As a Senior Executive Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Deputy Director-General's office.
Your key contributions will include:
• Managing the Deputy Director-General's diary, coordinating meetings, and ensuring briefing materials are prepared and provided in a timely manner.
• Drafting and managing the workflow of correspondence, including letters, reports, agendas, and minutes, with a focus on quality assurance.
• Coordinating the Division's responses to ministerial requests, business assurance, and performance reporting.
• Supporting meeting coordination, including preparing agendas, recording and circulating minutes, and following up on action items.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including the Office of the Director-General, Minister's office, and external boards and committees.
• Providing logistical support for travel arrangements, conference attendance, and other administrative tasks.
• Contributing to a workplace culture that values equity, diversity, respect, and inclusion, with a focus on better outcomes for First Nations peoples and other diverse groups.
