To help keep Queensland moving, we are actively recruiting for a Senior Engineer (Traffic) with exposure to:
• Providing traffic engineering expertise for the investigation and coordination of solutions to complex traffic issues.
• Developing Road Safety Mass Action Plans, Safer Roads Sooner and Black Spot Program project proposals, including investigation of fatal crashes and undertaking speed limit reviews on the region's road network
• Investigating and coordinating solutions to high level, complex traffic issues on heavily trafficked roads.
•Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary for the design and construction of road infrastructure projects
•Manage and maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to transport infrastructure delivery activities.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent  qualification accepted by Engineers Australia and Registration as Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
