About the Division
The Operations Division manages the effective delivery of QRA managed funding programs, including responsibility for overseeing the joint State and Commonwealth Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and resilience funded projects by State and Local Government agencies and Non-Government Organisation's.
About the Role
Your role as Assessments Coordination Officer will be to provide business support and quality assurance of administrative documentation in the Assessments area.
- Collate the supporting documentation required to progress assessment of a suite of proposals as allocated by Team Leaders, Senior Assessors and Assessors, assisting peers to ensure balanced workload across the team.
- Ensure that the evidence, research and administrative documentation required for assessment, program performance or inspections proposals is accurate, complete and ready to enter the assessment process.
- Liaise with applicants or delivery agents to obtain additional information for assessment where administrative documentation is missing, inconsistent or incomplete.
- Provide feedback and updates to Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Assessors and Assessors on the collation of assessment materials.
- Format, coordinate and finalise briefing papers, correspondence, reports and other information in compliance with the QRA templates and requirements.
- Provide operational support with travel bookings, correspondence, onboarding and report preparation to support administrative functions across the division, including mail merge.
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with external stakeholders particularly state funding agencies, state and local government applicants and delivery agencies.
- Undertake related projects and other duties of equivalent complexity as required.
- Work under limited supervision, using a high level of initiative to resolve issues.
- This role report to a Team Leader, Assessments.
