As the Client Services Officer you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective relationship management and provide clients with best practice linen management techniques to benefit both client and Linen Services (GLS).
What you'll do
You will:
- Undertake regular client visits and engage with key personnel to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide usage and forecast reports and advice on best practice linen usage.
- Schedule, prepare and chair client engagement meetings.
- Work with Transport and Operations Managers to enhance customer experience.
- Engage with clients on product development, trials and rollout.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Strong active communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in delivering quality outcomes for (internal and external) clients.
- Ability to work as a team member to achieve goals of the work unit and communicate effectively individually or in a group.
- Ability to analyse and respond to customer data.
Whilst not mandatory, experience in a commercial laundry environment would be advantageous.
