Earnshaw State College is seeking a dynamic and dedicated leader to join our P - 12 leadership team as the Head of School of the primary campus on a permanent full-time basis.
As Head of School, locally known as ‘Associate Principal’, your focus will be on improving the educational outcomes for all students by leading the quality of teaching and learning,
fostering positive relationships among students, teachers, and the broader community, and engaging key stakeholders to create a collaborative and thriving school environment.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
