About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
- Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate specialist Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Services to achieve organisational goals.
- Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with relevant Team Leader, Manager and Nursing Director, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Services.
- Effectively manage self and in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Educators and other Clinical Nurse Consultants, develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities. Coordinate and provide specialist training and professional development activities to staff working with people with mental health issues.
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective nursing services.
