What your day will look like….
Your day will involve delivering expert, trauma-informed Psychology or Social Work interventions—ranging from acute sexual assault response to brief therapeutic support—tailored to each client's unique needs. You'll use your clinical judgment to manage a complex caseload independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated, compassionate care. Beyond direct client work, you'll lead service improvements, contribute to clinical education, and support colleagues through mentorship and professional development, helping shape a high-quality, evidence-based practice environment.
