About the Role

• Consistently deliver a high level of clinical care to patients, demonstrating clinical knowledge and consult with the Registered Nurse to plan, deliver, and evaluate person centred care.
• Commitment to acquiring clinical knowledge and nursing skills in the area of Specialist Outpatient Department patient care.
• Provide collaborative care and engage in reflective practice that positively impacts patient's outcomes.
• Utilise effective teamwork to build a positive team culture within the work unit.
• Utilise collaboration building skills, listening skills, empathy, honesty, integrity and respect for all patients, carers and staff.

The successful applicant will be required to work in all Specialist Outpatient Clinics within Bayside Health Service.
