In the role of Regional Business Manager, you will support the Regional Director in the delivery of the region's program outcomes by assuming primary operational responsibility for the delivery of core business support services and the implementation of efficient business processes, ensuring sound corporate governance is maintained at all times.

To be considered for the role of Regional Business Manager you will possess;

•Proven ability in leading, coordinating and directing the delivery of multiple regional business services to provide effective support for multiple program areas.
•The ability to ensure that the region has business services capacity and capability to meet current and future needs to ensure consistency state-wide.
•Demonstrated experience applying appropriate governance frameworks across all business services ensuring they are maintained and adhered to in order to monitor compliance with policy, legislation, regulations, standards and procedures.
•Proven experience managing the implementation and operation of corporate systems and processes across the business services functions.
