- Salary range: $4912.70 to $5286.40 p.f. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Participate as a member of the Mental Health Team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention or group work as required within a multidisciplinary framework, ensuring the implementation of individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, multidisciplinary consultation, liaison with referring agents, discharge planning and evaluation of care using appropriate outcome and data measurement systems.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including criminal history clearance.
