Acacia Court, Redland Residential Care are looking for Enrolled Nurses to join their team. Redland Residential Care (RRC) comprises four separate units co-located on the Redland Hospital site at Cleveland. All units may house permanent residents who can also be participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Acacia is a 31-bed secure dementia specific unit that houses complex mobile residents.

About the Role

• Adhere to established guidelines, protocols, procedures, standards, and systems of work as set out by the Redland Residential Care unit, MSH and Department of Health, Queensland.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients/residents/clients and visitors utilising a contemporary quality and risk management framework including escalation of care and concerns as required.
• Support and participate in quality initiatives and portfolios, aligning evidence-based nursing /midwifery practice with quality frameworks including The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
• Demonstrate a commitment to increase knowledge, skills, and competencies through contributing to quality healthcare, through lifelong learning and professional development of self and others.
