Employee Relations are looking for a Senior Consultant Employment Relations to join their team. As the Senior Consultant within Employment Relations Team, you will support continuity of the effective delivery of professional employment relations services to management and employees across Metro South Hospital and Health Service (Metro South Health). Employment Relations includes industrial disputes and advocacy, policy, award interpretation, applications before courts and tribunals and general industrial and human resources advice.

About the Role
- Provide advice to support the effective management of complex employment relations casework in the areas of industrial relations, awards and enterprise bargaining implementation, conversion of employment status, advocacy in QIRC and other tribunals, employee complaints and grievances, disciplinary processes, employment related litigations, appeals and ill health retirements.
- Prepare and provide timely advice on documentation including correspondence, business cases, briefings, reports and policy/discussion documents.
- Provide advice on enterprise bargaining agreement and award interpretations to support the appropriate application of industrial instruments and entitlements.
